Just an FYI - I posted this under the general category before realizing there was a GI forum.
Medicare's new HCPCS G6024 (used instead of new CPT 45388 which replaces deleted code 45383, colonoscopy with ablation) was not added to the Modifier Fact Sheet for PT (screening turned diagnostic).
If you report G6024, PT to Medicare, you'll get a denial for "invalid use of modifier" .... CMS has been notified.
