Wiki G72.0 coding?

Hi all:
I would like to ask if it is correct to code G72.0 (drug induced myopathy) as current if it is past history and the patient isn't currently experiencing it. (This is for statin therapy in diabetic patients) I do not think it is correct to code for it, but this is out of my wheelhouse and would like to ask the experts.

Has the condition been completely resolved, if so I would say you would not code it if it is no longer present and it is not mentioned as being active in the medical record.
