Is anyone billing with BOTH a GA and KX on same line item of claim????

My billing dept wants me to do this, however, it seems contradictory to me?

I'm with you, this is wrong

This says "We have no idea what we are doing".

Is it possible they mean GO or GP instead of GA? KX with either GO or GP is appropriate if you really did meet the requirements.

Thank you, I thought it was possible I had crossed over the line of insanity finally.

No they mean KX and GA.

I have tried to dig throught LCD's and CMS but I really can't find anything that says No don't do it!

Maybe because it is kind of obvious?
