Wiki Ganglion cyst and bone spur

My provider did surgery on the foot, the note reads "identified ganglion cyst, which was excised, and underneath this was a small bone spur that was debrided with a rongeur." Are we able to bill for both procedures?

Thank you for responding, the codes are not bundled with each other. My main concern is that the spur was under the cyst. To remove the spur, the physician had to remove the cyst.
