Doctor did a decompressive lumbar hemilaminectomy at L5-S1. He also did an excision of a ganglion cyst at the same level. I would use 63030 for the hemilaminectomy, but I'm not sure what to use for the excision of the cyst. Any thoughts?
 
Have you looked at 63265 series?

Depending where your documentation leads you, there are edits placed against 63030 and this section.
