Wiki Gastric Band Fill

Doctor performed a gastric band fill with flouroscopy.

Using flouroscopy guidance, port was accessed with a Huber needle without difficulty. The patient was then placed in a standing position and the flouroscopic guided upper GI swallow was performed to allow good fill of the band to 4cc. Once this was accomplished and the patient felt good, the needle was removed and dressing was applied.

Anyone have procedure code suggestions for this?

We use S2083 for the fill.
for the Fluoro look at 77002-26 mod. the radiologist will bill the TC component.
