Does anyone know the CPT for takedown of a gastropleural fistula with biopsy?? I appreciate any help you can give me.

Its a 3 page op note but the basic initial description by the dr is as follows: "Laparoscopic reduction of incarcerated stomach with the takedown of the gastropleural fistula with the biopsy of the fistula area and gastric wall followed by irrigation of the left chest, 6 liters of antibiotic irrigation, placement of a 90 degree angled thoracostomy tube over the left hemidiaphragm in the area of the fistula with repair of the fistulogram patch closure of the fistula, gastrostomy tube placement." .
