Does anyone know if Medicaid accepts the GC modifier? We get denials on these but I cannot find anything on line to support the denial. thanks
 
I looked this up today for Georgia Medicaid and No, they do not. Go to the Medicaid manual, physician services and look for accepted modifiers.

I attemped to review the policy you noted above and it does not provide the modifiers that are accepted. Can you be more specific as to where to find these?
