Is there an actual gem's table somewhere on the CMS.Gov website. One that you can actually go type in 401.9 and it give u all the Icd-10 codes for it? I have been all over there website and cant find one. I thought I was told there was one on there. Any help appreciated...

If you are looking for something quick, you can use the AAPC conversion tool if you don't have another program. I believe CMS just has the downloadable GEM's, not aware of a tool that they provide.

Yes, Medicare just has a text document, in numerical order of ICD-9 codes, so you have to scroll to your section. You can download a separate document in order by ICD-10 codes.
