General surgeon called in to explore abdomen during hysterectomy

Can someone help? Trying to bill for a general surgeon called in to explore for possible rectal injury during hysterectomy.
Findings:
No evidence of contamination with stool or enteric contents in the abdomen or pelvis
Rigid proctoscopy with air insufflation of the rectum on 2 separate occasions without any evidence of intra-abdominal leak

I was thinking 49000 but afraid they wont pay for that with the OB's hysterectomy.
