ASAP need a qualified general surgery coder to code about 50 surgery reports. This could be an ongoing project. Need to know cost per report. Some of the surgeries are very simple surgeries. The OP reports need to be coded completely with CPT MODIFIER AND ICD based on insurance carriers to be billed.
