Can anyone provide coding for the Geniculate Artery Embolization (GAE) procedure for osteoarthritis in the knee? Is the genicular artery a first order artery? Is there a resource to identify first, second and third order systems?
 
Geniculate artery is beyond third order branch of SFA.

Regarding embolization, u can bill it with CPT 37242, this does not include catheterization..so, u can probably bill 36247 also..
