Is the scrotum included in these codes (54050-54065) for the penis?

In the instructional notes under male GU system in your CPT book (and I sure hope you have one; let your provider know that if you'd had a book, you could have coded this by now :)) you're advised to look at the integumentary system to code for lesions in the scrotal area.
