Does anyone know what Pennsylvania consideres the age range to use the geriatric modifier of HC on claims? I have searched & found age ranges listed for other states(New Hampshire is 60 & up), but haven't been able to locate a range for PA. If anyone has a clue, I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks.
 
Well, so far all my research on this HC modifier seems to indicate that it is not used in Pennsylvania. After talking with DPW, & local medicare MAC they both state that they do not recognize this modifer. So, I just wanted to pass that on to anyone who may have been interested.
