Can somebody help me for the conversion of ICD 10 DIAGNOSIS of = Z31.00 Weeks of gestation of pregnancy = to ICD 9 PLEASE.

Z31.00 does not exist. Z31.0 is for Encounter for reversal of previous sterilization. What are you trying to code?

Weeks of gestation codes (Z3A) are new to ICD-10, there is no equivalent codes in ICD-9.
