Hello! I have a patient that is trying to get an authorization for their GC frozen embryo transfer. We are not finding the right ICD10 CM code for this. Most patients don't have benefits with their insurance for GC cycles. The code we use for donor cycles are Z52 code-however this is carrying the embryo for the intended parents not necessarily donor tissue. What code should we use for this GC frozen embryo cycle to identify that it's an ART cycle (Z31.83) with a GC. Thanks!
