Hi, I am new to coding and billing for Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology. I am getting denials the state The billed service 77300, was denied because it was reported more than 10 units in a 56 day period, per out policy (Anthem/Empire BCBC), which is based on the ASTRO and CMS Policy. I have not been able to find any such policy when I am searching. But I am probably over looking something. Does any one have any knowledge or experience with this or even heard of this before.
