Does anyone know a good way to obtain contracts / fee schedule copies. The doctor does not have the originals from her first office. Is there a streamlined way to get them? Can I find medicare's FS on their website somewhere?

Most insurances have their fee schedule on their provider website. Medicare is the same and you should check your local MAC.
