A gastroenterologist in Missouri is considering performing procedures in an Office setting using a CRNA for anesthesia. Has anyone had experience with this ? Is this a payable service to the CRNA for MAC by Medicare, Medicaid ? Any experience with private insurers in this situation? Your input is greatly appreciated.
