Can someone clarify a question I have? I work for a physician who does EUS (CPT code 43259), they also do the interpretation along with that. Can I bill the 43259 as well as the code for the interp of 76975/26? Thanks.
My opinion, 43259 is inclusive of interpr of all organ like esophagus, stomach, duodenum, jejunum and distal anastomosis. Here there is no separate interp and supervision is possible . So kindly take 43259 itself, no need 76975.
