Wiki global billing for midwives?

I just started billing for 3 direct entry midwives. Should I be billing globally? These ladies spend at least 30 min with each patient for each prenatal and postpartum visit. The gal who did the billing before me would bill a package of 7 prenatals, then the birth, then postpartum care all separately. Her reasoning was the midwives spend way more time w the patients than an OB does and therefore should be reimbursed at a higher rate. Anyone have expertise on this?
