If the Radiologist performs an ultrasound guided procedure in an ambulatory surgery center and use his own US machine and store the pictures in his own PACS system then would he be able to bill the global charge for ultrasound guidance to medicare and other insurance carriers?

As long as he dictates in his report all the items needed for the procedure, I personnally cannot see why it could not be billed. Is this for a vascular access procedure, or something different?
