Wiki global fracture care for both ankles fractured

If the patient has fractures of both ankles ,it looks like they are very similar so the cpt 27786 would be appropriate for both. Do I charge 2 X 27786?

you would bill it with either a 50 modifier, or 2 lines using the RT and the LT modifiers
