Wiki Global OB billing- CNM provided prenatal and postpartum, but OB performed C-section

The CNM provided all of the antepartum care and the postpartum care, but the OB provider (in the same practice) performed the C-section. Can we bill out the global C-section code 59510 under the CNM even though CNMs are not qualified to perform C-sections?

No, you would either have to bill under the doctor or split the charges (at my organization, we split).
