Good afternoon,

I work for a teaching hospital and the residents usually do the minor bedside procedures that are then non billable (the attending did not participate). If an attending or other main provider sees the patient after the procedure is done, isn't it considered in the global period. Example: drainage of an abscess CPT 10060. Global period of (10) days.
