Glucose screening for Psychiatric patient on Antidepressants

A Psychiatrist questioned me as to what diagnosis codes to use for a glucose screening in a patient who has been on long term anti-depressants. I was going to use V58.63 (encounter for Therapeutic drug monitoring) followed by V58.69 Long term (current) use of other medications. Does anyone have other codes that they would use to check the patients glucose level? The patient does not have diabetes and no family history of diabetes.:confused:
