Wiki Gold marker coding

My practice will soon begin billing for gold markers. If anyone else is doing this, please advise me on the number of units to bill for A4648 when billing Medicare. The HCPCS description states "each", but do we bill by each KIT(containing 1 or more markers) or each individual MARKER? Cahaba GBA is our Medicare carrier. Thanks for any input!

The practice that I work for uses qty "1" the fee attached is for the full price of gold seed markers. no matter how many are placed it is a straight fee then of course the placement of 55876, and the guidance 76942/76872.
