Physician perfomed bilateral tympanoplasties in which grafts were harvested from a donor site and then placed. I have the code for the tympanoplasty as 69631 and coded 20926 for the graft. However, this was done bilaterally so does the 20926 need a modifier to distinguish two grafts were harvested and used? If so, what is the modifier? Thanks.
