Hi Fellows,

I am coding a procedure that involves two types of grafting. One procedure was ear cartilage grafting to the nose and ear composite graft to the nose. Per op-report, the cartilage graft was harvested from the conchal bowl of the right ear and repaired closed. Composite graft was also harvested from the lower conchal bowl posterior portion of the right ear and was repaired closed separately. Just to make clear 2 types of graft was harvested from the right ear separate anatomic site and both was repaired separately. I coded this 21235 (cartilage graft) and 15760 (composite graft). Would you think this two are component of each other? Really appreciate your reponse. Thanks.
 
I think you can bill for both - They are not in NCCI edits and OP clearly states two sperate incisions were made.
