Our doctors did a right Popliteal-Popliteal bypass graft end-to-end to proximal Poplteal and end-to-side to distal Popliteal below the knee with non-reverse saphenous vein grafts on 1/14/10. On 2/10/10, they went back to the OR and did a bypass from the Popliteal bypass to the Anterior Tibial Artery with a harvested vessel. Is this a revision to the previous graft or a new graft? 35571 or 35256??
