Wiki Grafting and CTPs

I've started working for a Podiatrist that does frequent grafting with CTPs (cellular tissue products). No one else in my facility knows how to do these. I've searched online and have found some information, but my main concern is the quantity. He uses Q4101 (Apligraf) and Q4159 (Affinity). These are high dollar procedures, and I want to make sure he's being fairly compensated. Can someone help or direct me toward any references?
