Wiki Grafting - PLEASE HELP

My physician is argueing that 20924 is not included in 27427(Ligamentous reconstruction (augmentation)and should be billed seperatly as it was from a seperate location.

Does anybody have some sort of documentation that the grafting, weather a different location or not, is included in this procedure or am I wrong to say that it is?

I think the 20924 is grafting from distance, so if the graft was in fact harvested from distance then you can bill it with 59 modifier. CCI edits allow use of modifier.
