If we have a licensed therapist and an unlicensed therapist co-facilitating a group therapy session, if the licensed therapist required to be present throught the entire duration of the session in order to bill under their name?

In general, I believe licensed = authorize to practice therefore service provided required the licensed therapist to be there.
