Hello! Recently the company I work for opened an imaging center and they are now billing for medications administered and contrast. This is something I am not super familiar with and feel as though I am struggling and cannot find much guidance on. I am wondering if there is any good webinars or education classes offered somewhere? (I have been looking for awhile and have yet to come across any). Here are some specific examples. The pt recieves 4 ml of bupivacaine 0.25% (2.5 mg/ml)... the code I am using is J0665 which is for injection bupivacaine, 0.5 mg would we bill it out with 20 units because each ml is 5 mg? Or am I looking at this wrong? I would also like to add we do mostly epidural and transforaminal injections

Have you got the answer regarding units?
