Guidance with billing ICD9 code 779.31

I have a payer that requires ICD-9 coding. However, code 779.31 can no longer be used for billing after October 2015. How would I code this? Would I have the other codes in ICD-9 but this one in ICD-10?
 
I appreciate you taking the time for me. I am brand new to the billing for this very small practice (one provider) and just knowing to look at payers websites, etc. is not
something I would have thought to do. I realize there are many things that should be automatic for me to "go to" that I will need to learn. Again, thank you so much for your guidance.
 
All HIPAA covered entities were required to start using ICD10 over 6 years ago. It is possible that there are some non-HIPAA entities still using ICD9, but I am not aware of any. I don't even have any of my ICD9 books still at this point. I still sometimes "think" in ICD9, then translate. :)
