Two Part questions:
Does anyone have were i can find where it is suggested to have a refferal from a PCP to a Mental Health Assesment?

Second Part:
What or can you do when the DOH arrives and takes original lab documents with them? My conern is a provider is suppsoed to review and sign/date/time all diagnostic tests once the originals leave the office, we can not duplicate the signature.

Currently using a paper chart system
