I do billing for a PT, and want to know if we can bill the GX modifier with our product code? For example we see Medicare patients for Lymphedema and we sell the supplies and we know medicare does not cover it, so if the patient signs the ABN and we bill our product code for the supplies, are we putting the price the patient paid for the supplies on the encounter with the GX modifier?

If that is the same price you charge to anyone who purchases those supplies, then yes.
