I have a gyn question, my physician performed 57505-ENDOCERVICAL CURETTAGE and a 58100-BIOPSY OF UTERUS LINING. Procedure 58100 was denied as bundled to 57505 by medicare. I sent an appeal added a -59 modifier to 58100 with medical records showing separate locations but am still being denied. Does anyone know if there is a way to get this paid or will it be bundled regardless. Thanks!
