Hello everyone,
How would u code GYN diagnostic laparopscopy? We bill 49320. Please, help.

If it is a pelvic laproscopy I would agree with you, but if it is a vaginal laproscopy I would code 57420 (Colposcopy of the entire vagina, with cervix if present.
