Can someone tell me the code for Endocervical polyp removal and removal of fibroids from Uterus

How about 57500? Is it Ok to use??

In order to code correctly we need to know how the procedure was performed. You need to look at codes 58140, 58145, 58146, 58545 and 58546 for the removal of the uterine fibroids. As for the endocervical polyp 57500 may work if done without a scope, but you will need to check NCCI edits to see if it can be billed with the code for the myomectomy.
