I need help coding this correctly please,

Hysteroscopy/ Removal of foreign body/ D&C

all I got is this:
58562 and 58120 with Dx 628.8

Can someone please tell me if its correct.

58562 is correct, D&C is included in this code. Look at 939.2 for the DX......
