I am having a problem with Urostym biofeedback codes! I've been using 97750-GP, 97032-GP, 51784, 91122 for years and in Feb 2022 UHC Medicare Advantage changed things up. They seems to favor the use of CPT codes 90901, 90912 or +90913 in conjunction with NCD 30.1.1 Would anyone happen to have stumbled on an LCD for NY (Downstate)? If I cannot find one, should I simply use the NCD?
