"H" level II HCPC codes

Can someone tell me if Wellcare/Staywell will accept CPT codes on claims for reimbursement or can you only bill using the "H" level II codes? This is creating some confusion in our EMR when trying to bill Medicaid as secondary.

Any clarification would be appreciated.
