WHAT ICD9 CODER WOULD YOU USE FOR A HISTORY OF TIBIA FX. HAPPEN 4 YEARS AGO AND HAS HEALED :confused:
 
Correct but the thing I have always come across is that they don't state weather it is Traumatic or Path. So what do you do when they don't state and it only says hx of fx? And you are not able to ask the provider?
