Is there a certain amount of units that this code needs to be billed at? I have received a denial for billing 3 units. This would be for Ohio Medicaid MCO.

I'm in Wisconsin and Forward Health will reimburse by units, each unit is considered 15 minutes. So if a patient is seen for 60 minutes we bill 4 units.
