Wiki H0039 Assertive Community Treatment

I am a newbie...currently working as a biller for a facility that provides ACT services. H0039 is the only code we use along with various modifiers (U1, U6, U5, U7). Medicaid only. I don't really have a specific question, but any info and/or input in this area would be great!

We used to use that code, but we had very specific guidelines from the payer that we had to follow. Since that payer, Medicaid, was the only one that would cover it, we made sure that our documentation supported their requirements.
