Goodmorning, Has anyone had the G9141 code for medicare Admin of H1N1 vaccine to reject over the past two weeks? They were paying in Nov and early Dec. but, My medicare remit for the week of 21st started rejecting them CO16 (claim lacks info) & M77 (missing/incomplete/invalid POS). Any help would be appreciated.

I started receiving denials for G9141 from Cigna Medicare (Tennessee) stating, "invalid or missing modifier". We called them regarding this and they stated that from 12/01/09 - 12/15/09 all G9141's were denied due to an error and they will be re-processing them. Good luck!
