We are a Behavioral Health facility with a large amount of denials for H2033 from Anthem stating The code is not listed as a covered service. Please resubmit the claim with the appropriate code. Can anyone identify an alternative code selection for these services? We are providing these services in the clients home and 15 units total typically. Can anyone help with the billing of these services?
