Hallux varus correction & fusion 5th toe IPJ

The surgeon performs a hallux varus correction using Arthrex mini TightRope procedure right foot. Additionally fusion of the 5th toe proximal interphalangeal joint right foot also performed. Coding suggesions?? :confused:
