How do I bill for 25 mg of Haloperidol decanoate when it is per 50mg?

I hope I understand what you are asking; the vial-is 50mg they used 25mg correct?? The patient will purchase the 50mg vial so you would bill for the entire vial. I don't think you can reuse the vial for any other patient per DHEC regulations.
